Right of withdrawal

You generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after you, or someone you designate, receives the goods. You do not have to give a reason. To meet the deadline, tell us before the 14-day period ends. You can use the form below or email studio@floops.world.

After telling us, send the goods back within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal. Please contact us for return instructions.

We refund payments due, including the standard original delivery charge for a full-order withdrawal, to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
