Optional analytics

With your consent, FLOOPS uses PostHog EU Cloud to understand visits, returning browsers, navigation and product interactions, and to create click and scroll heatmaps so we can improve the shop. Analytics is off until you accept. We do not send names, email addresses, payment details, form contents or order identifiers, and do not record sessions. Checkout, order pages and Studio are excluded.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. If accepted, PostHog stores a random browser identifier in local storage until you withdraw consent or clear browser storage. You can accept or withdraw at any time on the Cookie settings page, linked in the footer and mobile menu. Rejecting analytics does not prevent shopping. PostHog is provided by PostHog, Inc.; EU Cloud uses its EU hosting region. See PostHog’s privacy information.

Shopping and orders

When you order, we use your contact and delivery details, the products ordered, payment and order status, and any billing details you provide to process payment, fulfil your order, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Stripe processes payment information; FLOOPS does not receive your full card number. We use Neon to store shop and order data, Netlify to host the site, and Sanity to manage product content.

FLOOP LIST

When you subscribe, we use your email address to send a confirmation message. Only after you confirm do we use it for FLOOPS emails. Resend delivers confirmation and marketing messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in those messages or by emailing us. We keep a record of your consent and subscription status so we can respect your choice.

Withdrawal and support

If you use the online withdrawal form, we use the name, order details and email address you provide to receive and acknowledge your withdrawal and handle the return. Resend delivers the acknowledgement to you and FLOOPS. You do not have to give a reason for withdrawal.

If you use the contact form, we use your name, email address and message to answer your question. Resend delivers the message to FLOOPS; your address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond directly.

Browser storage

The site stores cart and checkout information in your browser, uses an order-status cookie during checkout, and remembers that you have seen the shop-opening offer. See cookie settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw newsletter consent. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Contact us at studio@floops.world to exercise your rights.
