Each FLOOPS ring is handmade and one of a kind, so small differences in colour, shape and finish are part of its character. Material composition varies by ring. If you need details about a particular ring or possible allergens, contact studio@floops.world before ordering.

Ring size is measured as the inside circumference in millimetres. Use the size chart to find your fit. If a ring's measurement is not shown, please contact studio@floops.world before ordering.

Treat your FLOOPS with care. Avoid prolonged contact with water, heat and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth, dry thoroughly and store safely when not worn.

We currently deliver to Austria and the EU countries offered at checkout. Standard shipping costs €4.90 within Austria and €9.90 to other supported EU countries; the delivery charge is shown before payment. We dispatch after payment is confirmed and deliver without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the order is agreed unless another delivery period is agreed with you.

You may withdraw from an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email studio@floops.world within that period, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the amounts due, including standard original delivery for a full-order withdrawal, to the original payment method within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Prices and delivery charges are shown in euros before you pay. You can use the payment methods displayed at checkout; payments are processed by Stripe. Each one-of-a-kind ring is reserved temporarily during checkout. The order status page updates when your payment is confirmed. A declined or cancelled payment does not confirm an order.
