Seller and products

FLOOPS, operated by Blanka Idranyi, sells handmade, one-of-a-kind rings. Each product page describes the ring offered. Small variations in colour, shape and finish are part of its handmade character.

Prices, checkout and payment

Product prices and delivery charges are displayed in euros before you place an order. Available payment methods appear at checkout and are processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only when payment is confirmed; a declined or cancelled payment does not complete the purchase.

Delivery

We currently deliver to Austria and the EU countries offered at checkout. Standard delivery is €4.90 within Austria and €9.90 to the other supported EU countries. The delivery charge is confirmed before payment. We deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is agreed, unless we agree another delivery period with you.

Withdrawal, returns and statutory rights

You generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw from an online order without giving a reason. See the right of withdrawal and online form for instructions, return costs and refund timing. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
